Return Policy
The following are the conditions that apply to returns of our products (“return policy”):
This return policy applies to products purchased from Daniele Toesca, whether through the website or directly from us. Items purchased from company may only be returned to company in accordance with this return policy.
Only products that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to company for a replacement product. We do not offer refunds or an exchange for company credit under any circumstance.

Return policy for made-to-order products
Products that are made-to-order/bespoke/custom and cannot be cancelled once the production of the piece has started. Damaged or defective products will be replaced within the normal production time period required to reorder and manufacture the same product.
You should inspect products for damage immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately to file a report. Damages occurring in-transit and during delivery must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
In order to qualify to receive a replacement product for any such claim, you must contact us no later than 48 hours from the time of delivery Products must be returned to us with the original shipping box, packing materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice.
Upon receipt of your returned product, company will examine all items returned as damaged or defective, and will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you. In the event that we find no fault with the returned products, you will be notified that the returned product cannot be accepted and we will have the products re-delivered to you at your charge Company will not accept merchandise that, in its reasonable discretion, has been used, altered, or damaged by you or a third party for which it is not responsible. Company is not responsible in the event that returned merchandise is lost, stolen, or mishandled
Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to replace any product that does not strictly comply with the above requirements Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if approved, replacement products will be shipped free of charge, except where expedited shipping is requested.

Order amendments
The designer begins production shortly after orders are placed. Therefore, we are only able to change your order if manufacturing has not already started. Once your order has been confirmed, any request for subsequent changes must be sent in writing. No guarantee can be given that the requested change can be made. Any approved amendments will incur additional costs.

Return policy for in-stock products
For in-stock products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of questions, please contact us at hello@danieletoesca.com, and we will answer you as soon as possible. Be aware that we can make changes to the present 'Return & Refund Policy' without notice. Concerning legal matters, Italian law is applicable, if otherwise is not stated. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@danieletoesca.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for when the shipping company returns. The cost of return shipments is paid by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@danieletoesca.com.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on all items sold on our website.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
